What could be more important than to give a high-class pack the final touch? In addition to the classical liners out of wood-pulp and grey-pulp that have been in use on cream pots for years, Meyer have the ALKOzell polyethylene foam - a liner material with exceptional properies for use in the cosmetic field. The consistent cell structure of the polyethylene foam gives the product the look that counts! ALKOzell can be supplied in various foam weights and can also be laminated to various materials (plastic films) giving it, where required, a complete moisture barrier. If required the material can be laminated in transparent or coloured form. ALKOseal is a 3-layer co-extrusion of LDPE with a central core of LDPE-foam. The firmly bonded layers give a slightly silky shine. The production process also im-parts to the material a very good barrier effect. This material is not suitable for further lamination. Thanks to many years of development and research the ALKOzell and ALKOseal products both have BGA and FDA approval and have been given a full clearance by many leading food manufacturers. ALKOzell can be supplied as a laminate or multi-layer structure with following materials: *ALKOseal is our trade name for the original product Triseal F 217 from Action Technology/USA **Trade mark of Dow Chemical/USA |
